Also I feel like a bunch of these are old as hell because I made them for the video game battle and finally decided to post them. I'm also slooowly working on Ask the Maker stuff, and I hope to start posting that within the next week or so.

These are so GOOD.
Your coloration just gets better and better... the icons you made for zombiecons are fantastic and I already saved them, but I also didn't realize that you were getting more practice with text work, because I love what you've come up with for typography too!

Yeah, because you can do just about anything to blue and it will still look awesome. But red is scary because it beats up other colors with its red-ness DX

I will be practicing with red icons though, because I read petite_tomate's awesome tutorial and now I'm itching to pull out my red textures and give it a go~

There are so many beautiful, vibrant colours in this post! It's really, truly lovely! The text work in #7 is blowing me away. I love the placement so much, and the use of multiple fonts works so well! The colours are gorgeous too, and the touch of magenta among the blue is so fantastic. The crop of #21 is killing me, and once again the text work is so incredibly creative and interesting! I also really love the subtle colours in #26, it has this beautiful vibrant yet soft feel that is truly amazing. And #28, WOW. Looooooooove the crop and the text and especially the bold colours, it's such a beautiful icon! #32 has the most wonderful composition, absolutely love all the shapes happening (it's so cuteeeee!) and I love the bold vibrancy and wonderful texture work happening in #34! Gorgeous stuff!
