It's not an icon post, I know, but I feel the need to promote some cool communities today.

01 - LAND OF ART



landofart is a really cool challenge community for designers of any kind of graphics. A phase lasts four months and during that time you partake in a variety of challenges to earn points for one of the four teams. I am on Team Renaissance and have been a member since around halfway through last phase. It's really fun, and if you're hard pressed for time you only have to enter one challenge every couple of weeks, so go ahead and give it a go! You can meet some really cool people while you're there, too.

02 - REALLY VIRTUAL

really_virtual is a community for reviewing and chatting about anything from movies and television programmes to video games and anime. It's just starting out, but if more people join and get involved in the discussion then it could turn out totally awesome! I suggest you check it out.

03 - ADVENT AWARDS

Okay, I have some personal investment in adventawards. It's an icontest that I help to run, and we really need more people to come help submit, or even vote if you just like to look at graphics! We've been having less submissions lately so if some people could come and join in then that would be fantastic.
