So for the FIRST TIME EVER I finished my 20inspirations claim, wow. I picked Evangelion because atm it's the only thing I would have the patience to make 20 icons of without getting frustrated (except I totally still got frustrated and this isn't even the only 20in20 where I chose that claim this month, gj me). But yeah, I tried to do some different things in this batch and tbh it didn't always go well but never mind.

First off, your mini-ramble at the top was adorable. Good luck getting your other claim(s) with this subject done!

Second, whaaaaaaat is 5? What is it? WHY? The blocking and vibrant red and blue combo are exquisite together! Loving the images you chose, too, with one person in profile and the other looking straight ahead. 6 is very soft and elegant. The pink is quite delicate and gives a sophisticated vibe to the piece. 8 is one of my faves here cuz the striped background is immaculate! The gradient lighting going from left to right is wonderful as well. 11 is wowwwwwww. I love the shadowing and the intimate crop so much. Excellent work, Katy dear! <3

I didn't even know color theory was a thing. Red and cyan definitely look wonderful together cuz red is so brassy and the cyan is so cool and alluring. You knocked that combo outta the park!

Anyway onto your icons! I love 6 & 7 a lot because they both have wonderful vibrant colours and such a great use of patterns! I also really like 15 because of the intense blues and the stunning loghtning! Finally I really like 16 & 20!

Aaah, you should! I've only watched the anime (and the reboot movies) but it's soooo great wow. And thank you so much! I'm really glad you like them, 6 and 7 especially, since I really love using patterns and bright colours tbh.

These are gorgeous! Love all the colorings and compositions and the lighting in them all is so pretty ♥

3 has a gorgeous glow to it, and wow at the blocking in 4 and 5, 5 is particularly fantastic with the complementary colors. Love both of the pattern icons, great use of negative space and decorative textures and the pastelly colorings are lovely. 9 might be my favorite here, love the silhouettes and the bold overall look, very eye-catching! The text and extreme negative space in 10 look superb, and all the close cropped ones are stellar as well - the crops and lighting in 12, 15, 16 and 17 are all just amazing. I really love all the alts too. Fantastic batch!!

It's great to know that you like 9 too, because after I made it I was kind of on the fence about posting it because it's not really like anything I normally make so I wasn't sure whether it was gonna be good or a hot mess.
