Actually on that you know I always found it odd that no one liked Kaneki that much in the beginning? I've talked to a bunch of people about it and they always say something along the lines of "wow I really hated Kaneki but now I love him since he's all BAMF!" I'm like ??? I love my Kasuga w/ an eyepatch ok, I love him a lot.

YUP, it's seinen. YJ is kind of like the shounen version of a seinen mag tho I guess.

I just adore some of the characters (MADO!!1!!!!!!!1 HE IS SO PRECIOUS) and am doing it for them. If it's a fighting chapter I just kinda skim it.

WHAT? I loved Kaneki in the beginning. I don't give a shit about Kaneki now. Come back, moeblob Kaneki. I don't want you to be a BAMF, I liked you as a frail kid struggling to cope with the fact that he's part ghoul.
The way he became a ~*bamf*~ was so lame and such an overdone trope too. UGHR

Yeah! It's so weird to me that people hated him. :c Then again I love characters like that and most people tend to hate them because ~~lame and weak~~ or w/e. I JUST LOVE MY QT BBS OK.

Touka was so great. She was such a wonderfully flawed character that the author actually knew how to handle, and now he's forgotten her.

Oh yeah, definitely!! I just don't care enough to keep track fo when new chapters come out. I'll just read it all in bulk or something.
