WE DID IT YOU GUYS. WE FINALLY GOT THERE. Here are the results of our animanga battle! Man, once the icons started to roll in I got really excited about making this post, but that was pretty much dampened when I started trying to code it. Sorry it's not beautifully laid out, but I'm sure the icons will make up for it!

I always look forward to the colors you choose, they are always so perfect for the caps in ways I would never think of! The first icon is a perfect example of that, I love the slightly-pale rainbow tones you've used for the text! I also really like how you've used the silhouettes! And the second icon, woooow, it's so completely perfect, I love the paleness in the background against the darkness of the subject non-face, so cool! And that last one is just so bright and gorgeous, I loove the blues and the clouds!

I love your takes on all the themes! All these icons are so perfect for all of them, I love seeing how you interpreted everything into these really intricate icons! That first icon is so pretty, I love how you let the color of the texture really guide the icon, it looks sooo pretty! And I'm going to skip to the third icon for a moment, and say that I love how cute it is, and how the lighting is completely soft and wonderful. Now I'll go back to that second icon because holy crap, holy crap!!! That is so amazing and cool!!! Literally everything about that icon is perfect, I love it so much, the composition and how creepy it is and just everything!!! I'm in awe!

Thank you so much, Danielle! ahh, I'm glad you like the knb one bc I was so lazy with the silhouettes LOL. Confession: I didn't even cut anything out, I just picked a shadowy cap and used a gradient + duplicated the layer to make it look like a silhouette.
